Love the bread from this bakery, it dosen't turn hard like others when left out of after a few days and it's always fresh. No one else has the same taste so the price is totally worth it.
We went to buy bread. My mom got a maranito, when to pulled apart there was a hair in it. Call them and told them they said to bring it over. When we got there they said we are sorry and get what you want on them. Which was pretty cool. Didn't expect that.
The best bread in McAllen! It's expensive (you'll pay 10-12 bucks for 4 pieces of bread) but it's worth it. You'll never enjoy other bakeries the same way after trying their bread. Especially the ham and cheese croissants and the "Cubiletes".
The bread is Great. Traditional Mexican bakery but with modern flare and new French styles. Plus the bread usually last soft for almost a week. I bought some and left them on the table for 5days and was still soft....
Las almohadas are my favorite 😊 i come to the valley from laredo .And have to stop by paris bakery to buy this bread .
I want to highlight Mrs Maria a worker at this location, she goes above and beyond customer service, she is very attentive ready to help clients with a big a smile, good attitude and in short amount ot time has you order ready and gives the best recommendations. She is proud of working there and is reflected. I love going to that location because the customer service is great and I always leave happy enjoying my sweet bread and hot chocolate ❤️ I hope Mrs Maria get to know how great she is on her job and be able to share with others.

As we passed through the front door, we entered a bakery wonderland! The aromas alone were wonderful! We were vacationing from Ohio, so we only wish we could try MORE items from their large selection of delicious baked goods. Everything we had was so fresh and tasty. We lightly microwaved the leftovers the next morning and they went down just fine!
My cousin who lives in the valley told us this is where to get the best pan dulse. We got one package of them they were so soft and moist. They were small and didnt crumble like many other ive had. I wish we got more before we left town. Definitely a must stop for those amazing breads
If there is one thing that makes my day better in this bakery is your employee Señora Mari. Such a sweetheart and knows how to attend her customers with love and genuiness (and no I'm not being paid to write this!) Even if the food wasn't all that great(which it is) I would still attend here for the great service :) she deserves a raise! (P.S. the spilling in the pictures were intentional)
